cancellation policy ,

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation  will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

check in with proof of identification

visitors not allowed without prior arrangement 

 no loud music or parties 

 pets not allowed 

smoking allowed out side of units or rooms 

 breakages and damages will be charged
