Cancellation Policy

  • If canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • If canceled later or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Booking Terms

  • Check in with proof of identification
  • Visitors are not allowed without prior arrangement 
  • No loud music or parties 
  • Pets not allowed 
  • Smoking allowed out side of units or rooms 
  • Breakages and damages will be charged 
  • 50% deposit secures booking
